As urban infrastructure continues to evolve, the maintenance and repair of municipal drainage systems have grown increasingly vital. Traditional excavation methods for repairs are often time-consuming, labor-intensive, and can significantly disrupt city traffic and the daily lives of residents. In response, Anyue has introduced a UV light curing repair system that offers an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative for municipal drainage repairs. This system provides numerous benefits, including exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, robust erosion resistance, high automation levels, comprehensive visual control throughout the process, straightforward construction, high efficiency, and reduced construction risks.

What is a UV Curing System?
The UV light curing repair system employs a traction device to smoothly pull a liner material—comprising a resin system and fiberglass fabric—into the pipeline requiring repair. Following inflation and pressurization, UV light is applied for curing, creating an "in-pipe" liner structure that adheres tightly to the existing pipeline. After natural cooling, the repaired structure is solidified and exhibits excellent physical properties.
This UV light curing repair system is versatile and can effectively address various types of pipelines, accommodating bends of less than 15 degrees and various structural defects. Its streamlined process, minimal workspace requirements, and short construction timeline result in minimal disruption to city traffic, the environment, and nearby residents, significantly enhancing both social and economic benefits.
Advantages of UV Curing Equipment:
Wide Applicability
The UV light curing repair system is effective for a variety of pipeline materials and structural issues, demonstrating substantial adaptability.
High Efficiency and Automation
This system is characterized by a high level of automation and real-time monitoring during the construction process, ensuring safety and high-quality repairs.
Strength and Longevity
The repaired liner exhibits impressive strength, resistance to water erosion, and superior corrosion resistance, contributing to an extended service life.
Easy Implementation
The construction process is straightforward, requiring minimal workspace and offering a short construction duration, which limits the impact on urban traffic and the surrounding environment.
Environmental Advantages
Because the system does not necessitate extensive excavation, it minimizes disturbances and pollution to the surrounding area.
Material Performance
The materials utilized in the UV light curing technology include a resin system and fiberglass liner. The selection and manufacturing processes of these materials are crucial in determining the structural and mechanical properties of the pipeline after repair. High-quality resin and fiberglass are employed to ensure that the repaired pipeline meets relevant standards for tensile strength, bending strength, and density.
