Spiral Wound Pipe Lining Overview

Process Introduction

Spiral Wound Lining Technology is an innovative method for pipeline rehabilitation. This technique involves assembling a dismountable winding machine underground, which then transports prefabricated PVC-U strip profiles and stainless steel bands to the winding machine. The winding machine synchronously wraps the strip profiles with the stainless steel bands, utilizing the interlocking of the profile edges to create a continuous, high-strength, and water-tight reinforced steel-plastic pipe within the existing pipeline.
