Strong Pipes, Smooth Traffic: UV-CIPP on a Busy Road

Located in Sichuan Province, this project focuses on the rehabilitation of road and community pipeline networks within a district, covering approximately 6 kilometers of pipeline. With heavy traffic flow and surrounding residential communities, minimizing surface disruption was a top priority.

Stormwater concrete pipes and sewage HDPE lines (DN1200–DN1800) were suffering from cracking, misalignment, deformation and structural collapse. Traditional excavation would have meant weeks of road closures and public disruption.

UV-CIPP technology provided the answer. Working through small access pits, we installed seamless, corrosion-resistant Anyue liners that restored full structural integrity—all while traffic flowed overhead.
